Order cancellation

Customers can cancel eligible orders within the cancellation window shown by NUMISPAK. Orders that have already shipped or been delivered cannot be cancelled by the customer.

Returns

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, contact NUMISPAK as soon as possible with the order details and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed.

Review process

Because collectibles can be unique and condition-sensitive, return or replacement decisions are reviewed according to the individual order and item condition.
